Role Overview:
During his internship with Morey Courts, Jaden assisted with both event operations and front desk responsibilities. He helped set up and take down summer basketball events for various high schools, contributing to court preparation, equipment organization, and post-event cleanup. In addition, he supported day-to-day front desk functions, ensuring smooth facility operations and providing service to guests and participants.

Key Takeaways:
The most important lesson Jaden learned was that you have to do the dirty work before you get to the fun and important parts of your future role. This experience taught him the value of humility, work ethic, and understanding every layer of operations in the sports industry.

Current Path:
Jaden is currently in his fourth year working as a Manager for CMU Men's Basketball, continuing to build experience in collegiate athletics and team operations.
